At Stella Melbourne, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and components must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear without the original hygiene seal
  • Socks
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products

Sale items may only be returned if they are faulty or required by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, Stella Melbourne will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For approved claims involving defective or incorrect items, Stella Melbourne will cover the return shipping costs.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

Do not send any items back without prior approval.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please note that returned items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
